By downloading, installing, or using the Striker application (“App”) or visiting our website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Elysium Sàrl (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Striker is a platform that connects football players with open matches and venues in their local area. The Service allows users to:

• Browse upcoming football matches
• Join existing matches organized by other users
• Create and organize football matches
• Discover football pitches and venues
• Connect with other players in their city

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

When you join a football match through Striker, you acknowledge that football is a physical activity that carries inherent risks of injury. You participate at your own risk and agree to behave respectfully toward other players, organizers, and venue staff.

Some matches require payment of a participation fee. By joining a paid match, you authorize the applicable charge. If a match is cancelled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your full payment details.

If you create and organize matches on Striker, you agree to provide accurate information, show up to matches you organize, notify players promptly if a match must be cancelled, and ensure the venue is properly booked.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, post false or misleading information, harass or intimidate other users, engage in discriminatory behavior, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elysium Sàrl shall not be liable for any physical injuries sustained during matches, loss or damage to personal property, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

All content, logos, trademarks, and software associated with the Striker Service are owned by Elysium Sàrl or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any behavior we deem harmful to the community or the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
